Minister Johnny Gibbons in a phone interview yesterday said that a search warrant was executed on December 23 for illegal possessions of undersized crabs.
The Minister said several people were picked up for questioning regarding the incident.
He said an arrest warrant was served against these several persons for questioning because they refused to cooperate with the operatives.
Gibbons said the persons were released from custody later after the questioning.
Gibbons refused to disclose some details saying an ongoing investigation is still going on but the Minister said that investigators are still trying to determine if whether an illegal activity occurred at the said school.
Gibbons said authorities searched the school premises after receiving information that some people were in possession of undersized crabs.
