However Minister of Justice Johnny Gibbons said that only the clothes were found but the body of George Songino is still missing.
Police officers and Marine Law officers conducted a search operation until Tuesday afternoon.
Songino has been missing since Saturday night. His companion Ilek Riumd was found on Monday morning while hanging onto the capsized boat.
Songino and Riumd went on fishing on Saturday morning aboard a boat.
While sailing on the waters, the boat capsized.
Riumd managed to hold onto the boat while Songino was swept away.
It was already Monday when Riumd was found by the search officers.
