On Wednesday, Sept. 28, at around midnight, the victim, a 33-year-old local male, parked his 2005 Beige Toyota Corolla outside his residence. That morning, at about 7 am, the victim discovered his car window shattered and IT&E phone cards stolen.
The phone cards are described as long distance, and prepaid phone cards. The cards are in unit values of $5 and 10 each. Stolen were over 1,500 phone cards worth over $10,000. The victim’s black pouch containing his wallet, driver’s license, passport, credit card, $150 cash and thee cell phones of the Nokia, Samsung, and Motorola brands were also taken.
