All residents from the affected areas are informed to prepare for the water outage, CUC said.
“The purpose of this outage is to allow CUC and AIC Marianas to continue replacing existing valves and make piping connections on the water lines in these areas,” CUC said.
CUC added that while it affect residents living on Lower Dandan, Airport Road, Fina Sisu and As Lito, the water outage will result also in low water pressure in Upper Dandan.
Because of the scale of the work to be performed, CUC recommended that travelers to take alternate routes or to exercise caution when driving through the affected areas.
CUC has apologized for any inconvenience resulting from the projects and the water service interruption.
