Superior Court Associate Judge Perry Inos on Wednesday ordered Jake Ito and Donny Swei to immediately report to the Office of Adult Probation.
Ito and Swei pleaded guilty to the theft charge.
Ito was sentenced to a one-year jail term, all suspended, except for 10 days after the court credited the time he had already served.
Additionally, the court placed Ito on one-year supervised probation.
The $100 cash bail he posted was forfeited toward the fines imposed but he was also ordered to pay a $100 assessment fee.
The government will determine the restitution amount within 60 days and a restitution hearing was set for Dec. 12, 2009.
The review hearing will be held on Dec. 30, 2009.
Assistant Public Defender Sean Frink served as Ito’s counsel while Assistant Attorney General Matthew Meyer represented the government.
Swei, for his part, was sentenced to six months imprisonment, all suspended.
The court placed him on six-month supervised probation.
“Assist the government at trial as a witness against the co-defendants at this prosecution or other prosecution,” Inos told Swei, who was also directed to pay a $25 court assessment fee.
His restitution hearing was set for Dec. 16, 2009 while his review hearing will be held on Dec. 30, 2009.
Attorney Joe Hill represented Swei.
Ito and Swei, together with Sharp Ngirutoi and Franco Edboy, broke into the MGM factory warehouses on April 5, 2009, police said.
They stole three exhaust fans, an air compressor and other metal items, police said.
