Ryan Salon Odicta, 28, pleaded not guilty to assault and battery.
The Attorney General’s Office said Odicta punched Orlando de Leon on March 4, and slapped Jeralyn Odicta on the following day.
In a separate case, Bertha Aguon Villagomez, 41, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Danny Joe Lambert in the face with a can of beer on July 4.
Assistant Public Defender Douglas Hartig represented Odicta and Villagomez while Assistant Attorney General George L. Hasselback represented the government.
Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert Naraja set the status conference hearing for Nov. 23 for the two cases.
