Cabrera, 44, and Mohammad Aminoor Islam, 39, were told to appear in court on Dec. 15, 2010 for their bench trial.
Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal is the prosecutor while the defendants are being represented by Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown, and attorney Joseph Horey.
Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo was earlier informed that the parties had not reached a non-trial disposition on this case.
The Attorney General’s Office said on or about Feb. 26, 2010, Islam permitted his agent, Cabrera, to sell alcohol to an underage person.
Islam was charged with permitting agent to sell alcohol to an underage person, and permitting agent to sell alcohol to an underage person who is not in immediate possession of an identification card.
Cabrera was charged with selling alcohol to an underage person, and selling alcohol to an underage person who is not in immediate possession of an identification card.
The defendants have denied the charges.
