Mohammad Aminor Islam, 40, admitted the offense of “permitting agent to sell to underage person who is not in immediate possession of an identification card.”
Maria Christina B. Cabrera, 45, admitted the offense of selling alcohol to underage person.
They were sentenced to two years imprisonment, all suspended, and were each placed on one year probation.
They were required to donate $400 to Ayuda Network, pay a $90 probation fee, a $25 court assessment fee, a $100 fine, perform 25 hours community service, or convert it to a $25 fine, and attend and complete alcohol school for business owners.
Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal prosecuted the case.
Defense counsels were Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown, and attorney Joseph Horey.
