A BUSINESSMAN has sued two persons and a construction company for allegedly not paying their debts. Benigno Fejeran, owner of Solid Builders, filed separate lawsuits against David Apatang and Eleodora Quezada of Quezada Construction for alleged breach of contract.
Fejeran, through attorney S. Joshua Berger, alleged in the complaint that on Nov. 22, 2000, Apatang signed a sales contract with Solid Builders for the construction of a septic tank, leaching tank and for other various equipment rentals.
Berger said that despite repeated demands, Apatang refused to pay the debt which is $5,300.
In the second complaint, Berger said that on Sept. 17, 1999, Quezada signed a delivery receipt with his client for the rental of a rock breaker.
“This rental lasted for six months. As of the date of this complaint, there is owing $8,987 for this equipment rental,” the lawyer said.
