David M. Sablan was charged with assault and battery, theft, disturbing the peace, and criminal mischief.
Wiseman imposed a $10,000 cash bail on Sablan, who was remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the hearing.
Emily Taitano was charged with assault and battery, and assault with a dangerous weapon which the court dismissed.
Taitano was ordered released from custody after posting a $2,000 unsecured bond. She also promised to appear in all her scheduled hearings.
Gerand Muna was charged with disturbing the peace, but the court dismissed the case and ordered the release of the defendant.
Assistant Attorney General Tiberius Mocanu represented the government while Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke served as counsel for the defendants.
