4 in criminal mischief case plead not guilty

Manuel Cabrera, 60, Steve B. Cabrera, 30, Peter Masga, 19 and Robert Ulloa, 39, were separately arraigned last month.

The status conference for Masga was set for June 10 at 1:30 p.m. while the status conference for Steve Cabrera, Manuel Cabrera and Ulloa was heard on May 30 and will  continue on a later date.

The government, through Assistant Attorney General Jeffery Warfield, filed the information on April 14 charging the four defendants with one count of criminal mischief for damaging the property of Adolfo S. Calvo on Nov. 18, 2006.

The defendants were summoned to appear in court on Rota on April 25.

Masga appeared for arraignment on May 12 and was represented by Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke while Assistant Attorney General Rebecca Warfield appeared on behalf of the government.

The three other defendants were  arraigned earlier and were represented by Assistant Public Defender Matthew Holley.
