They want to inform local students about the corps’ contributions to the CNMI cadets and their successes, senior cadet Joe Sablan said.
The visit is scheduled for Nov. 12, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., at NMC’s Student Center.
The CNMI cadets will soon be Army officers and they are inviting members of the community and government officials to attend the information session.
Besides Sablan, the cadets are Jana Tudela, Bruce Camacho and Martin Camacho.
All are with the UOG’s Triton Warrior Battalion.
Maj. Rosita Mendiola and Capt. Cassandra Elmore, the corps’ recruiting officer, will be the guest speakers.
“It is highly conducive for the youth in the CNMI to take advantage of the program. For those deciding to enter the military, becoming a cadet officer is the best way to do it,” Sablan said.
