Adult Probation asks court to revoke Manglona’s suspended sentence

Manglona was in court for his bench warrant hearing last week for his failure to appear in a court hearing for his 2010 conviction.

Manglona posted $100 cash bail.

The Adult Probation Office told the court that Manglona has not reported to or attended any counseling at the Community Guidance Center.

Manglona has a balance of 96 hours for his court-ordered 100 hours of community work service.

He was convicted by  jurors on Dec. 16, 2010 for illegal possession of controlled substance, the Adult Probation stated in its petition to revoke probation/suspended sentence.

Manglona’s probation will expire on Oct. 13, 2011.

On Sept. 7, 2010, Manglona was convicted of one count of assault and battery, and one count of disturbing the peace of a “household member of defendant.”
