AGO prosecutes six individuals

Chief Prosecutor Kevin Lynch filed an information in court against Lesly Ann Sn. Macaranas of Tinian for one count of forgery and one count of theft.

The information stated that in July 2008, Macaranas intended to defraud the Tinian Municipal Treasury by altering the writing of another person without authority and issuing a check  of the Bank of Guam to pay Pacific Telecommunications Inc. with a value of over $250 but less than $20,000.

Macaranas has to appear in court to answer the charges against her on Dec. 12 at 9 a.m. Failure to appear could mean an application for the issuance of a warrant of arrest.

Facing two counts of disturbing the peace and one count of criminal mischief is Joseph Arriola Manibusan who is summoned to appear in court to answer the charges on Dec. 1 at 9 a.m.

Manibusan damaged an ice freezer of 153 Market on April 9, 2008, the AGO stated.

One count of criminal mischief and one count or riot has been filed against Brian Tebuteb Palacios. Andrew Curtis Brown Sablan is facing one count of riot and one count of assault and battery. Alexander Pangelinan Sablan Jr. is charged with one count of criminal mischief, one count of riot and one count of assault and battery.  

Also charged in this case is Antonio Brown Sablan, Jr.   

The four  were summoned to appear in court and answer the charges at 9 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2008.

The four were accused of breaking the glass door of an Internet game room owned by Jian Hua Min on May 10, 2008.
