SUPERIOR Court Presiding Judge Robert Naraja has directed the Office of the Adult Probation to submit and file a presentence investigation report by Dec. 30, 2009, in connection with the sentencing of Patrick Mendiola Calvo.
In his judgment signed and released yesterday, Naraja set Calvo’s sentencing for Jan. 12, 2010.
On Sept. 28, 2009, Calvo, currently
out on bail, was found guilty of sexual assault in the second degree, and sexual abuse of a minor in second degree.
The court subsequently found Calvo guilty of sexual abuse of a minor in the third degree, and disturbing the peace.
