(CHCC) — The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation is proud to announce the opening of the new FCC Specialty Clinics, expanding access to specialized healthcare services for the residents of the CNMI. The clinic will initially offer cardiology and occupational therapy services, with additional specialties to be introduced in the future.
The establishment of the FCC Specialty Clinics represents a significant step in CHCC’s commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and ensuring that CNMI residents receive high-quality, specialized medical care close to home.
“Bringing specialty care to our community reduces the need for follow-up appointments for off-island referrals, ensuring that patients receive timely and continuous treatment right here in the CNMI,” said CHCC CEO Esther L. Muna. “By increasing the availability of specialty services, we are ensuring that patients receive the care they need right here at home,” she added.
Patients requiring cardiology services will benefit from expert evaluation and treatment for heart-related conditions, while the occupational therapy clinic will provide essential rehabilitative care to improve daily living and work-related functions.
As part of its commitment to comprehensive healthcare, CHCC plans to introduce additional specialty services at the FCC Specialty Clinics in the near future. The community will be updated as more services become available.
