Eligible applicants can download the forms from the Chinese Embassy’s website or ask the state/national Department of Education, the Department of Foreign Affairs of the FSM, or the Chinese Embassy directly for a set copy. The Chinese Embassy is now open for scholarship application, and the closing date is March 31, 2011.
