Detective Andrea C. Ozawa stated in her affidavit that at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 20, the Department of Public Safety received a call reporting a disturbance at Oleai Bar & Grill in San Jose.

Police officers who went to the scene met the caller who was carrying a minor child.

Police learned that the victim went to have dinner with her family when the defendant walked in and asked to talk to her outside.

Before he went out of the Bar, the defendant grabbed the victim’s cellphone.

The victim them went back inside the bar and called the police.

Ozawa learned that the victim left the defendant on Feb. 1 due to his “abuse of male privileges.”

The couple had four children aged 4 to 16 years old. The couple is no longer living together.

Castor has been calling the victim several times, prompting her to change her phone number. But he still found out her new number and continued calling her.

The victim told Ozawa that out of fear, she checked into a hotel on Feb. 21.

When she reported for work on Feb. 23, she said her employer confronted her about a text message stating that she was stealing money from the company.

She said it was not true, but because of the text message, she got a warning letter from her employer.

The victim filed a temporary restraining order against the defendant on Feb. 24

On Feb. 25, the victim called DPS reporting a disturbance at her residence.
