As grounds for this motion, Michael White, the company’s counsel, said his client was awarded a monetary judgment against Ogumoro on June 17, 2011, amounting to $10,483.16, but it “remains unsatisfied.”
The debt started as $9,000 “for services rendered,” with 9 percent interest annually from Oct. 23, 2009.
The company sued Ogumoro last January.
In its latest motion, the company is asking the court to order Ogumoro “to answer [questions] concerning any assets which defendant may have to satisfy judgment” in this case.
The Variety tried but failed to get a statement from Ogumoro.
