The coalition is headed by Maisie B. Tenorio.
DCCA/DYS, through a memorandum of agreement, will collaborate with the coalition in April. Agencies will sponsor and spearhead activities designed to raise awareness in child abuse prevention and violence against women.
DCCA Secretary Melvin O. Faisao and Laura T. Ogumoro, acting DYS director, said the partnership will “serve as an objective work plan to improve existing services and enable victims and families to avail of resources in the community.”
