The U.S. Probation Office told the federal court that Urumelog consumed alcohol on several instances despite being admonished by her probation officer.
U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona noted that after jurors convicted the defendant, there were “concerns” regarding Urumelog’s compliance with court-imposed conditions.
Manglona ordered Urumelog “to obey each and every part of the conditions” of her release otherwise she will be taken into custody and remanded to jail.
The federal probation office has asked Manglona to summon Urumelog to determine why the defendant’s bail should not be modified or revoked.
