If you received a FEMA decision letter and disagree with the determination on your disaster assistance application, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted within 60 days from the date on your letter — do not delay.
Include supporting documents such as receipts, bills, repair estimates, property titles or deeds, and any records showing disaster-related loss or need for additional assistance. Be sure your FEMA application number and disaster number are included on every page.
Appeals can be submitted online at DisasterAssistance.gov, by mail, or by fax to 800-827-8112. In-person assistance is available at Survivor Recovery Centers in Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
Deadline to apply for FEMA Individual Assistance: Monday, June 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ChST.
