(DPS) — The Department of Public Safety will conduct occupant protection/child restraint check points on Friday, May 31, 2024.
The first setup will be on Chalan Monsignor Guerrero, Chalan Kiya, on the westbound lane by CUC Waterloo from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
The second setup will be on Chalan Pale Arnold, Chalan Laulau, on the southbound lane by Ambyth Shipping from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Each checkpoint will be 75 minutes at each site. The purpose of these scheduled checkpoints is to detect, deter and identify improper use of seat belts and/or child car seat in the highway.
