Ben Borja, who now works for the Tinian Dynasty Hotel & Casino, said he filed the complaint against PO3 Barbara K. Arend.
”How can they enforce the law when they are the ones who are violating it?” he asked.
On Friday at around 5 p.m., he said he saw Arend using a police car while shopping at one of the grocery stores on Tinian.
“This will serve as a warning to other government workers. They should not use government vehicle for personnel purposes,” he said.
Arend declined to comment.
In an interview, Tinian DPS Resident Director Ramon Pangelinan said the complaint is still under investigation.
