AT around 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 4, in San Antonio, a Toyota pickup truck was struck by a sedan, whose operator was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, Assistant Chief of Police Simon Manacop said on Sunday.
The acting Department of Public Safety public information officer, said the vehicle occupants sustained minor injuries.
“The truck … was heading north … when the DUI operator entered the road and struck the pickup,” Manacop added.
DPS did not provide additional information about the incident or the occupants.
A witness told Variety that when the sedan — a Toyota Matrix — collided with the pickup, the latter flipped over.
