Visiting Federal Court Judge Mark W. Bennett also terminated the case proceedings for Ismike Magofna.
Federal Probation Officer Melinda B. Santos asked the court to discharge Magofna after his supervised release expired on Oct. 28, 2010.
Santos said Magofna “has complied with the conditions of supervised release imposed by the order of the court.”
On March 21, 2007, then-Chief Judge Alex R. Munson sentenced Magofna to 12 months imprisonment, and ordered him to undergo drug treatment and vocational program approved by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
Magofna was also placed on three years supervised release.
He was convicted of two counts of “ice” distribution.
