The seminar will feature Richard Brundage, a widely recognized crisis communications expert, and will focus on preparing key communicators for any media appearance.
Participants will engage in discussions about the formulation of messages in person, in print, or in electronic media and how to improve an organization in a critical situation. Participants will also learn more than 50 techniques to improve their media appearances.
In addition to developing this seminar, Richard Brundage is known for his book “The Heart in Communicating.” He has trained various medical, corporate, legal, educational, government, and industrial leaders and was recently selected by the State Department to train new U.S. ambassadors.
