French ambassador calls on Yap government officials

During the meeting, Mozota also signed two agreements  extending two grants to the state of Yap.

The two grant awards are given to the Historic Preservation Office, the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs for initial construction of the Yap Museum project, and to the Yap State Public Service Corp. for technical training in solar energy.  The YSPSC project is a second component to the initial installation of solar panel in Falalop Ulithi.

Mozota also met with Yap Speaker Charles Chieng and Office of Planning and Budget Director Kensley Ikosia following his meeting with Tareg.  His last meeting  was with Director Larry Raigetal of the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs.

The ambassador was also scheduled to visit the island of Ulithi and return later in the day.  He departed Yap early Wednesday morning.
