The estimated $81.252 million for the FSM is based on information currently available to the national government with calculated inflation adjustment of 12.85 percent for the fiscal year 2011.
Of this amount, and based on set divisional formula, Yap’s distribution share of 15.79 percent sector grant is estimated at $12,829,691. The supplemental education grant for the state is estimated at $1,769,879.
The communication also set May 15, 2010 as the deadline for all state governments to submit to the president their respective FY 2011 budget plans.
