Fund chairman Sixto Igisomar confirmed to Variety that Cristomo made his intent to resign known during the Oct. 13 emergency meeting of the Fund.
Igisomar said Crisostomo resigned due to health reasons.
Crisostomo’s resignation leaves in its wake five members — Igisomar, Adelina C. Roberto, Marian DLG Tudela, Nacrina A. Barcinas and Bernardita C. Palacios — of the board.
Frank Rosario left earlier in September citing health reason as well.
