Governor nominates Trinidad Rabauliman to election commission

GOVERNOR Arnold I. Palacios on Wednesday nominated Trinidad L. Rabauliman to the Commonwealth Election Commission.

Her appointment requires Senate confirmation.

In his appointment letter to Rabauliman, the governor said he and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang are confident that she is qualified and will devote her time and efforts to represent the interest of the community on an important commission.

“Your willingness to serve the [commission] and our people is most appreciated,” the governor told Rabauliman.

In his letter to Senate President Edith Deleon Guerrero, the governor said he and the lt. governor are confident that Rabauliman is qualified and will be an asset on the commission.

“We respectfully request your favorable action on this nomination,” the governor said.

Rabauliman is a former member of the CEC board representing the Third Senatorial District.
