The department has stated that this trip is a combination of the health service and Christmas run as this could be last service run to the Neighboring Islands before Christmas and New Year.
The Hapilmohol will make stops to conduct service at every island on her way out and on the way back when she returns to pick passengers who will be traveling to Yap at that time.
The Division of Sea Transportation gave both the public and private sectors the clearance today to start booking their cargo and their representatives who will be going out to conduct service on all the islands this trip. The statement says that the public and private booking will continue until Thursday, Nov. 25, at which time booking will be closed.
Private passengers booking, including any available cabin, will open on Monday, the 29th of November, and closes on the following day.
The division is encouraging the public and private sectors to process and turn in all travel authorizations, shipping requests, or job orders to the field trip section before the ship departs from the commercial dock on the 2nd of December.
