DPS spokesman Sgt. Thomas A. Blas Jr. said the Criminal Investigation Bureau is asking the public’s help in locating Junding Qiu.
Associate Judge David A. Wiseman issued a warrant for Qiu’s arrest on Oct. 18, 2010 for illegal possession of a controlled substance, and trafficking of a controlled substance, “ice.”
As of yesterday, Qiu was still at large, Blas said.
Anyone with information as to Qiu’s whereabouts is asked to call CIB at 664-9042/9045, or the Crime Stoppers hotline at 234-7272, Blas said.
