Hyatt marketing communications assistant manager Luis Villagomez said hotel employees will present the toys they collected to the Karidat representatives in the hotel lobby at 2 p.m. today.
“On Dec. 1, Hyatt announced the ‘Toys for Tots’ toy drive and was overwhelmingly supported by its associates. All the gifts to be presented during this first annual event are all from the generosity of the Hyatt employees,” Villagomez said.
Hyatt general manager Nick Nishikawa said that it is their goal “to thrive within the community we are a part of, and when you bring joy these children, we are certainly one step closer to achieving that.”
Last year, the Hyatt gave 60 children Christmas presents. This year, the hotel will bring joy to around 70 children.
