“They are not taking care of my rights,” said Manglona, 29.
He said he saw Assistant Attorneys General Russel Lorfing and Shelli Neal talking with the government witness, which was prohibited by the court.
“I did not threaten them,” Manglona said, referring to the prosecutors and the confidential informant.
Lorfing and Neal earlier told Associate Judge Ramona V. Manglona that the government witness approached them on Friday afternoon, but they declined to talk to him.
Jurors will continue their deliberations today.
George Manglona and Ignacio Deleon Guerrero, 57, have been charged with possession and trafficking of “ice.”
George Manglona is currently detained for contempt of court after he violated a court-ordered curfew over the weekend.
