At the scene police met with the victim who stated that three male juveniles, punched him before taking his vehicle and headed north. At around 3:28 a.m., an officer was conducting routine patrol along Paupau Beach, San Roque, and noticed the victims’ vehicle drive past. Upon conducting a vehicle stop, the operator got out of the vehicle and identified himself as Travis Camacho. Camacho was arrested for operating a stolen vehicle. He was transported to the Department of Corrections where he was later released.
On Feb. 18, 2020, Superior Court Judge Wesley M. Bogdan signed and issued an arrest warrant for Travis Camacho for the charges of disturbing the peace and robbery, with bail set at $20,000.
On Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at about 4:24 p.m., police arrested Camacho Chalan Kanoa and transported him to Corrections where he was booked and detained.
