“The Casetta family is very passionate about the quality and consistency of their products, and the Piemonte area is very famous for white truffle,” Colombo said.
The popular wines are reds wines, Barolo and Barbaresco.
At 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, guests will have sunset cocktails at the beachfront of Hyatt Regency then proceed to Giovanni’s Restaurant for a four-course family style dinner. Dessert and coffee will follow at the lobby lounge.
