“Your congressional office remains committed to providing constituent services when you need them,” said Sablan. “I recognize that it is difficult for many people to visit their congressional office during weekday business hours, so we are expanding our work week in order to provide more — and more convenient — access for constituents.”
The Saipan District Office at the Joeten Center in Susupe will be open 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. Constituents can call or visit in person with questions, to raise issues or receive assistance provided by the office.
“We remain accessible to our constituents through our toll free number, email, Facebook, and offices on three islands; this is another key component to our commitment, and we’re working towards making more improvements in 2012,” Sablan added.
The Saipan district office is located on the first floor of the Joeten Commercial Building II in Susupe. You can also contact the office by telephone at 323-2647/8.
The congressional office can provide help with federal agencies, if you can’t get the answer you need in a timely fashion. It is also the place to go for information about admission to the U.S. service academies and for federal financial assistance for education.
