Rotary Club services director Laila Y. Boyer yesterday said they had already distributed 5,000 tickets to club members. They will be selling tickets on Saturday night at the Taste of the Marianas Food & Beer Garden at American Memorial Park, and during the Flame Tree Arts Festival on June 9-12.
Las Vegas Night is the Rotary Club’s annual biggest fundraiser in which participant can try their luck in Black Jack, Craps, Roulette, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker and Kina, another form of Bingo. Proceeds will benefit the various community projects of the Rotary Club of Saipan.
A choice between a brand new Mazda sports car and $10,000 cash is the grand prize in the raffle draw during the event, which will start at 6 p.m. and end at 10 p.m.
Other lucky winners can also take home thousands of dollars in prizes, as well as attractive door prizes.
“We are inviting all of you to please check us out on Saturday night during the last night of the Taste of the Marianas. We will be having our table there, and during the Flame Tree Arts Festival. We have been getting a lot of feedback from the community and they are excited about the event,” Boyer said.
Tickets are $5 each and $20 for each booklet of five tickets. They are also available at all Shell Marianas outlets and at Rainbow Colors in Garapan.
