Club past president Annamae Adaza, who is also the Lions Region 2 chairperson, said the signs can be found on Quartermaster Road near the Japanese tank; in San Jose near the traffic light; near the entrance of Marianas High School; and in the area near KFC/Taco Bell in Chalan Kanoa.

The club is planning to put up more signs in other parts of the island, Adaza said.
Club charter member Mario Mayuga said they started installing signs in the early 1990’s with the help of Lions Club members from Japan.
Club president Eden Mercado expressed her appreciation to Rick Magtalas for assisting the Lions in replacing the old anti-littering signs; donors Lynn Reyes, Arman Amog, and Mario Mayuga; and all club members who helped install the signs.
