On behalf of the municipality of Saipan, Mayor “RB” Camacho presented a memorial plaque to the family of the late Lino Olopai to pay tribute to his legacy as a cultural beacon and icon of the CNMI. “May his memory and teachings forever inspire our people to preserve and protect our cultural identity,” the mayor said.
