(Commonwealth Utilities Corporation) — The temporary road closure along the northbound lane of Chalan Pale Arnold in Lower Navy Hill, originally scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, and Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, has been rescheduled to Monday, Feb. 23, 2026, and Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026.
Temporary road closure time: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Roadway affected: Outer northbound lane of Chalan Pale Arnold, Lower Navy Hill
Purpose: To allow CUC wastewater operators to access the manhole to conduct sewer line cleaning.
Motorists are advised to reduce speed and exercise caution while driving in the area. Detour signs will be displayed to inform the traveling public of the restrictions.
