(CHCC) — The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation proudly partnered with Shriners Hospital for Children – Honolulu to provide specialized pediatric orthopedic services during its biannual outreach held from Oct. 23–25, 2025.
Over the three-day outreach, over 100 children, from infants to age 17 years, received high-quality care right here in the CNMI. Services provided included:
• Comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and treatments
• Pediatric orthotics and prosthetics services
• Referrals to additional pediatric specialties, including neurology and genetics
For over 20 years, CHCC and Shriners Hospital have been collaborating to ensure that children across the CNMI have access to comprehensive, compassionate orthopedic care without the need to travel off the island.
“We’re deeply grateful to our partners at Shriners Hospital for Children – Honolulu for their continued commitment to our community,” said Shiella Marie Deray, program manager for CHCC Public Health. “Together, we’re making it possible for families to receive coordinated orthopedic pediatric care right here at home.”
CHCC extends its heartfelt thanks to the families and to all the dedicated medical and support staff who made the outreach a success. The Children’s Clinic looks forward to welcoming the Shriners team back for future outreach visits.
