(NMC) — As Northern Marianas College continues to navigate Super Typhoon Sinlaku recovery activities, the institutional is urging students not to let financial barriers stand in the way of their education — up to $3,697 in Federal Pell Grant funding is available for summer 2026, with a FAFSA deadline of June 30, 2026.
This deadline for the summer semester federal aid applies to new and ongoing students. Students who have not yet completed their 2025–2026 FAFSA are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to ensure they are considered for available federal financial aid.
The Federal Student Aid program, administered by the U.S. Department of Education, is the nation’s largest source of financial assistance for students pursuing higher education. Through grants, loans, and work-study opportunities, the program helps make college more affordable and accessible.
Students can submit their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Financial Aid) online at fafsa.gov. NMC’s Federal School Code is 015746.
