Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo will sentence Wendall Dimot Dipus, a Gualo Rai resident, on Dec. 16, 2010.
Govendo has accepted the plea agreement signed by Dipus, together with his defense counsel, Assistant Public Defender Michael Brown, and Assistant Attorney General Shelli Neal, the prosecutor.
Victim advocate Blumell Ada certified that the victim and the victim’s parents/guardians have been informed of and consulted regarding the terms of this case’s resolution.
According to the prosecution, Dipus, then 19, engaged in sexual contact with his five-year-old victim on or about Dec. 2008.
