Police said the 38-year-old Swei was arguing with his girlfriend, the victim, prior to the incident that occurred at the victim’s residence in Chalan Kanoa on Feb. 16, between 1 and 2 a.m.
The victim told Swei to leave her house while pushing the defendant.
Swei pushed the victim back, and they pushed each other until the victim was pinned down on the bed, police said.
Swei used his right arm and pinned the victim’s head hard down the bed, police added.
A friend of the victim pulled Swei off the victim. Swei then ran out of the house and was arrested while running near a poker game room in Chalan Kanoa.
Swei was arrested on the charge of disturbing the peace, and assault and battery.
