Superior Court Judge Perry Inos found probable cause for Manzo’s continued detention during a hearing yesterday afternoon.
Inos allowed Manzo to post $800 or 10 percent of the $8,000 bail order.
Inos remanded Manzo to the custody of the Department of Corrections after the hearing.
Manzo is being held on the charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Assistant Attorney General Russel Lorfing represented the government, while the court appointed Assistant Public Defender Douglas Hartig as Manzo’s counsel.
