Superior Court Associate Judge David Wiseman sentenced Tudela, 51, to a one-year jail term for each count, all suspended except for three months for assault and battery, and two months for failure to register as a sex offender.
Wiseman remanded Tudela to the custody of the Department of Corrections.
Tudela’s release date is Jan. 10, 2010.
Wiseman also placed Tudela on three years supervised probation under the Office of Adult Probation.
The court said Tudela will also continue meeting all requirements for registration as a sex offender and obey all CNMI and federal laws.
Wiseman directed Tudela to pay a fine of $500, an assessment fee of $25, and a probation service fee to be assessed by the Office of Adult Probation.
Tudela will also perform 150 hours of community work service.
