Wiseman sentenced Lowery Nowell Lowery to six months imprisonment, all suspended, except for three days.
Wiseman credited the two days already served by Lowery at the Department of Corrections facility, and required him to serve another day at the Tinian Department of Public Safey on Aug. 15.
Lowery signed a plea agreement admitting the offense of assault and battery of a female household member on Jan. 31, 2010.
Lowery was required to pay a $25 assessment fee, restitution to his victim to be determined by the court, and a probation fee to be assessed by the Adult Probation Office.
Lowery was barred from possessing any illegal firearms, and was ordered to obey all federal and CNMI laws.
