Assistant Attorney General George Hasselback is the government prosecutor.
In the information filed in court, Hasselback said Cosmes engaged in sexual contact with a girl under 18 years old and in the presence of a child on March 15, 2009.
On May 10, 2009, Hasselback said Cosmes repeatedly punched and kicked a minor in the presence of a child.
Cosmes will be in court again on Nov. 25 for a status conference hearing.
